Mercury Music Awards: Glasvegas singer James Allan has been missing for two days

Mystery surrounded the non-appearance of Glasvegas singer James Allan at the Mercury Music Awards.

Every act was expected to perform live - yet a video of the Scots band was played to judges instead.

The official line was that James was ill. But our spy says: "Word is he has been missing for two days.

"Everyone's been trying to find him, he's gone AWOL."
