Paula Radcliffe has signed up to compete at the world half-marathon championships in October.
The 35-year-old Briton and 2005 marathon world champion opted out of this summer's world championship because of fitness concerns.
But the marathon world-record holder is set to join the British team for the October 11 event in Birmingham as she looks to build towards London 2012.
Women's team: Alyson Dixon (Chester-le-Street); Claire Hallissey (Bristol & West); Gemma Miles (Kendal); Paula Radcliffe (Bedford & County); Rebecca Robinson (Kendal).
Men's team: Andi Jones (Salford Harriers); Andrew Lemoncello (Fife AC); Mark Miles (Belgrave); Gareth Raven (Sale Harriers Manchester); Phil Wicks (Belgrave).
